We recently concluded our inaugural Virtual User Conference which was held November 7th and 8th, 2023. The conference kicked off with enthusiasm and anticipation, as attendees from around the world joined the virtual event to gain insights into MaxVal’s recent enhancements, product roadmaps, user tips, IP service offerings, and much more. The agenda for the event was crafted to provide value to every participant.
The first day of the conference began with a company update from MaxVal’s CEO, Bommi Bommannan. Attendees were given a comprehensive overview of the company’s growth and achievements over the past year.
Other sessions on the first day included: a Symphony Product Update and Feedback Session, where the MaxVal team showcased the latest advancements and attendees had the opportunity to provide feedback and insights; a customer fireside chat, as well as a customer panel where MaxVal’s clients shared their respective journeys with Symphony; and a review of 2023 patent filing and prosecution trends.
The second day was equally engaging, with a focus on Max-IDS, our services offerings, an update on global rules, and another customer fireside chat which focused on one customer’s positive experience moving to MaxVal for IP renewals.
The conference brought together a diverse community of professionals in the intellectual property space. While it showcased the value of MaxVal’s solutions, it also provided a platform for customers to learn from one another. Customer feedback has been very positive – and we are already looking forward to next year’s conference.
