The new release enhances workflow automation and leverages Salesforce Einstein analytics to integrate business intelligence and provide real-time, actionable insights.

Today, MaxVal announced the release of Symphony® 3.6, an innovative leap forward for the company’s widely-used IP management system. Symphony 3.6 enhances MaxVal’s utility and performance, adeptly assisting patent prosecution attorneys by providing new analytics, intelligence, reporting, and automation advancements.

Symphony 3.6 introduces Analytical Insights Module, a new advanced reporting engine capable of integrating data from different sources to provide complex, powerful analytics capabilities. Combining Salesforce’s Lightning platform and Einstein Analytics, Analytical Insights simplifies the aggregation of disparate patent, financial and other external data to produce IP data stories using powerful and dynamic data visualization and other advanced analytics. Armed with this information, patent counsel can take informed follow-up actions across portfolio and prosecution attributes not available anywhere else today.

In-house attorneys need granular data to help drive effective decisions about patent prosecution and beyond. The 3.6 upgrade also includes Prosecution Analytics, a feature that allows patent attorneys to use patent examiners’ prosecution behavior and manage the prosecution strategy on a case-by-case basis. One of the unique features of Prosecution Analytics is the ability to combine specific, private information about the patent application with external data to optimize outcomes.

“Symphony 3.6 includes state-of-the-art intellectual property analytics and technology. This powerful combination will benefit our in-house customers and their outside counsel,” remarked Dr. D. Bommi Bommannan, CEO of MaxVal. “The Analytical Insights Module and Prosecution Analytics feature will dramatically impact the ease and extent to which customers can visualize their data and make data driven decisions. Our clients who have tested the new technology have been extremely pleased, and we are looking forward to implementing the solutions for many more clients who have requested these capabilities.”

MaxVal executives will be demonstrating the new technology mentioned above during Legalweek New York this week. Email sales@maxval.com to set up a meeting in New York or an online demo.
